Expected turnaround time will vary based on the complexity of the request and personal circumstance, as well as waitlist.

I reserve the right to change the price of my commissions accordingly, however, I will never change the price for in-progress commissions that have already been agreed upon.

An exception to this rule are major requested changes after the commission is in progress and beyond the sketch/rough color phase.

If you fail to follow the rules provided I have the right to decline your commission.

Harrasment, threats, or otherwise inappropriate behaviour is considered grounds for declining a commission and blacklisting the client.

I reserve the right to decline your commission without needing to provide an explanation.

The full commission price must be paid upfront via PayPal before the commission is started.

The currency accepted is in USD/EUR.

The client must only pay after the artist has agreed to the price and commission payment.

Any monetary compensation made without the written consent of the artist is treated as a donation.

The client cannot force a chargeback once the commission has been agreed upon and the payment has been sent.

An unexpected deadline or rush order has an additional charge quoted by the artist.

Should the client cut contact to the artist the commission process is considered concluded and no refunds will be issued.

Complex details are subject to an additional fee.

The artist will provide WIPs to discuss the commission starting after payment has been made. The first WIP will be sent in a maximum of 5 days, but the time may vary based on personal circumstance.

Finishing a commission may take anywhere from a week to two months, depending on complexity and personal cinrcumstance.

A delay may happen in cases of unforeseen issues with health, work, loss of required technology or other personal issues. Should anything like that occur, the client will be notified ASAP.

I will allow plenty of revisions during the sketch phase, 3 revisions during the rough color phase, and no other free revisions during the fully shaded and fully rendered phases, unless they're minor, such as cleanup or other smaller details. If the client requires any major revision (such as an asset/weapon change) after the rough color phase, it will be an additional charge based on the complexity.

I will not allow any extreme revisions such as redoing an entire character, pose or background.

The client cannot change the subject of the commission once it is agreed upon.

Finished digital commissions will be sent either via Discord or e-mail with high-resolution.

I will do everything I can to make my clients happy.

However, after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made, such as small coloring/marking mistakes.

The final product given to the client will always be high-res, and will always include my signature, unless it is a commercial piece.

I will still require credit to be given for commercial pieces.

The final piece can be sent in both JPG and PNG. I can also provide the image with a transparent background should it be required.

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the client.

All completed commissions fall under personal usage unless specified otherwise.

I reserve the right to show any commissions done on my portfolio or any of my social media websites, unless it was requested that I do not do so. In this case, a 30% privacy fee of the total commission price is added.

The client must not omit my signature from the finished piece.

Should a client wish for any edits to be done to a piece commissioned from me, they must consult me and not other artists for these edits.

If money has not been sent yet, the client has the right to cancel the commission.

If the client wishes to cancel a commission, the refunded amount will be sent based on how much work I've completed. The client will receive the work that I have done up until the refund.

I accept no refunds after I begin working on the final coloring process.

Should the client file a chargeback after the commission is done, they will be blacklisted, and I will be free to post their contacts everywhere I see fit for others to watch out for.
